These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 77sx ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://77sx.cam and all associated services, games, promotional offers and communications (collectively "the Services").
By creating an account, accessing any part of the Services, making a deposit or placing a wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Services.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 77sx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your use of the Services:
4.1 When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. The Operator accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration data.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
4.3 You must notify 77sx support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
4.4 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that is reasonably believed to have been accessed without authorisation, used fraudulently or otherwise in breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
4.5 Where two-factor authentication (2FA) is offered, Players are strongly encouraged to enable it. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to enable available security features.
5.1 Deposits are accepted through the payment methods listed in the 77sx cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are subject to change at the Operator's discretion and without prior notice, subject to any legal notification requirements.
5.2 The Operator may reference familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for user familiarity purposes only. Such references do not constitute a representation that any of these providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling or with 77sx. Actual method availability must be confirmed in the cashier.
5.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned less any applicable fees incurred in the reversal process.
5.4 The Operator reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds in compliance with its AML obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending review.
5.5 Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the Operator's prevailing exchange rate. Players bear all foreign-exchange risk. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) references in the cashier or promotional materials are for convenience and do not imply that PKR is the sole settlement currency.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal processing delayed or suspended until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.
6.2 Standard KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo identification (Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address and, where required, documentation verifying the payment method used for deposits. 6.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing timelines vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. The Operator does not guarantee processing within any specified timeframe in circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 The Operator reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, identity misrepresentation or breach of these Terms.
6.5 Withdrawals will, wherever practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, the Operator will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method.
7.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements, game-contribution rates, maximum permitted stakes and bonus expiry dates will be clearly stated for each offer.
7.3 The Operator reserves the right to limit, modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before modification will generally be permitted to complete the existing offer under the pre-modification terms, except where required otherwise by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once; using Bonus funds in excess of the stated maximum stake; employing betting strategies designed to arbitrage bonus terms; colluding with other players to share or transfer bonus credit; and any other systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
7.5 Where bonus abuse is suspected, the Operator reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any associated winnings from the Player's Account and/or permanently close the Account, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the conduct.
7.6 All PKR figures stated in promotional materials (e.g., "bonus up to PKR 25,000" or "minimum deposit PKR 1,000") are illustrative unless confirmed in the specific promotion terms published by the Operator at the time of the offer.
8.1 All casino games and sportsbook markets are offered subject to specific game or market rules accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. Players accept those rules in full by placing any wager.
8.2 System Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, incorrect display of odds, erroneous paytable calculation or any other technical error, the Operator reserves the right to void affected wagers and/or return stakes, regardless of any displayed outcome. Winnings arising from a demonstrable system error will not be honoured.
8.3 Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant market. Where an event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise abandoned, settlement will follow the applicable market rules. 77sx sports markets include, but are not limited to, PSL cricket, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other live sports. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets accepted after the relevant determining event has already concluded are void. The Operator employs reasonable measures to prevent such occurrences but accepts no liability for communications latency, third-party data delays or other technical factors outside its control.
8.5 The Operator reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any game or market, and to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by risk management requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77sx platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.4 The Operator reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gambling measures — including temporary deposit restrictions or account reviews — where it reasonably identifies indicators of potentially harmful gambling behaviour, in accordance with its licence obligations.
11.1 All content on the 77sx platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written copy, software and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed third-party providers.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to any resale, reproduction, commercial use or derivative exploitation of any platform content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of the Operator's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or gambling losses.
12.2 The Operator does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.3 Where the Operator's liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 77sx to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.
13.1 Amendments. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active Players via email or on-site notification with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.2 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Real-money balances (net of any bonus funds) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.
13.3 Termination by Operator. The Operator may suspend or permanently close your Account with or without notice in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation; (c) a regulatory or legal requirement; (d) inactivity exceeding the period specified in the platform's dormant-account policy; or (e) any other reason that the Operator reasonably considers to justify termination in the interests of platform integrity.
13.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or wager) for an extended period may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees or other measures as stated in the platform's dormant-account policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licence jurisdiction. The Operator operates under applicable international licensing and does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the 77sx support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to the support email address.
14.3 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the applicable dispute-resolution mechanism established by the Operator's licensing authority, details of which are available on request.
14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from exercising any statutory consumer rights available to them under mandatory applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
